Wine Barrel Clock – Radiant – Made from retired California wine barrels

Handcrafted from retired Opus 1 and Rutherford wine barrel staves in the heart of California wine country, our exquisite art collection will showcase your home or business with a rustic elegance unique to California wine culture. Available in a wide variety of designs and customizable options, our extensive yet singular collection is sure to be the most functional piece of art you own!
The “Radiant” is an art piece that transforms its raw materials into a soft, romantic clock fixture. Crafted from retired Napa wine barrel rings and staves, you can see the beautiful patina after many years of happy winemaking.
We took one of our barrels and carefully cut it into strips, then attached them to a wine barrel head that was cut down and ringed with a wine barrel ring . The natural oak faces out to enhance its warm glow for a truly delightful effect.
The deep red of the staves, earned during years of wine production, really stands out and the wine barrel rings lend a wonderful design element. Reminiscent of the Craftsman design period at the end of the 19th century, The “Radiant Clock” has wonderful design, delightful shadows and fabulous texture.
Beautiful, simple, and elegant in its craftsmanship and very visually balanced. Very “light” piece visually but incredibly sturdy to resist dogs and kids, after all, its solid oak and steel.
The back is a wine barrel head that we cut down and mounted a wine barrel ring around it to frame the piece. Clock takes 1 AA battery (not included).
