And whether you’re a master griller, or a first timer or something in between, we’ve got something you can be proud to call your own.
My Whiskey BBQ smoking blocks is an ideal gift for the master griller in your life. Each order includes a box stuffed to the brim of whisky or bourbon soaked oak chips that have been carefully cut from the barrel.
Want something particular? Put a note in the “notes to seller” on checkout and let me know as chances are I have it as my storage facility has thousands of whisky and bourbon barrels from all over and all have unique flavors when grilled. Believe me! We grill a LOT here at the shop and its always different, unique and finger licking good!
To use: About 15-60 minutes before cooking, start soaking the blocks in water. For charcoal or wood barbeques, throw the soaked chips directly on the fire. For gas grills, package the soaked chips and water in tinfoil and perforate the package. Place on the grill next to the food and enjoy!
