Handcrafted from retired Napa valley oak wine barrels in the heart of California wine country, our exquisite cutting board collection showcases rustic elegance unique to California wine culture. Available in a wide variety of designs and customizable options, our extensive yet singular collection is sure to be the most functional piece of art you own!
These barrels come from Napa and have exceptional character for these boards. After years of producing quality wines, they were retired to my shop to take on new life. In this world of mass production, its refreshing to have something hand made just for you.
The barrels are dried for a year before carefully taken apart, cut, sanded and sealed with several coats of natural, organic, food grade, renewable Tung oil for easy cleaning and years of use. Re-oil the board occasionally as you would any other and it will outlast a lifetime of use.
These are meant to be used on both sides and not just for display. A must have for a true wine lover!
Each is different, handmade just or you and made with lots of love.

CLEANING: A damp cloth with hot water is all that is needed. Dont soak or put in dishwasher please.

It is therefore quite difficult to make identical items. Our attentive artisans make every effort to create only the best from materials with natural variations that should not be misconstrued as flaws.
