American Gas Lamp Works 1700W Heritage Aluminum Wall Mount Light Head is available in gas-fueled and electric models.
American Gas Lamp Works manufactures and sells the world’s finest natural gas and liquid propane lighting fixtures and accessories, as well as matching electric incandescent and LED fixtures. Whereas nearly all other gas lanterns are made from bent and soldered sheet metal, American Gas Lamp Works lamps are handcrafted from components that are formed by pouring liquid metal into sand-mold patterns. This foundry-casting technique results in sturdy yet beautiful fixtures that will deliver warmth and beauty to your home or outdoor living area for many years.
The Heritage
While the round globe of our Heritage Lamp harkens to the colonial era of American history, this lamp’s cast aluminum roof and scalloped trim also make it an excellent complement to our Boulevard and Victorian estate lamps. Standing nearly 20 inches tall, the Heritage offers full visibility and is available in our full range of finishes.

B. Dual Inverted Our electric Dual Inverted Candelabra Base delivers all the convenience and reliability of standard electric fixtures but is designed to mimic an inverted gas mantle burner.

For electric GasGlow® LED and Incandescent Candelabra Base lamps, we recommend that you coordinate installation with an experienced electrician for dependable service.
- When renovating or building a new home, we recommend that you order your lamps early in the construction process so both the plumber and/or electrician are familiar with the lamps and their requirements at rough in.
