Mounted two of these in our hallway and the contemporary shape blends right in with the rest of our decor. The metal feels solid and they were straightforward to wire up. Bedroom or living room would work just as well.

The clean lines on this sconce look way more expensive than they were, and it fits perfectly next to our bedroom mirror. Light output is soft but still bright enough to read by.

Mounted two of these in our hallway and the modern shape makes the whole space feel less dated. The finish wiped clean easily when I got drywall dust on it during install.
