Handcrafted from retired Napa valley oak wine barrels in the heart of California wine country, our exquisite cutting board collection showcases rustic elegance unique to California wine culture. Available in a wide variety of designs and customizable options, our extensive yet singular collection is sure to be the most functional piece of art you own!
These barrels come from Rutherford and Opus 1 Winery’s in Napa and have exceptional character for these boards. After years of producing quality wines, they were retired to my shop to take on new life. In this world of mass production, it’s refreshing to have something hand made just for you.
The barrels are dried for a year before carefully taken apart, cut, sanded and sealed with several coats of natural mineral oil for easy cleaning and years of use. Re-oil the board occasionally as you would any other and it will outlast a lifetime of use.
Each one is different, handmade and made with lots of love. This one is made from the staves of the barrel and retain the gentle curve. These are meant to be used on both sides and not just for display. A must have for a true wine lover!
CUSTOMIZATION: Want it laser engraved with name, date, initials, favorite dirty limerick, heck anything! We love a fun project! Just let us know (extra couple dollars based on size and complexity).

MATERIALS: Reclaimed California wine barrels.
CLEANING: A damp cloth with hot water is all that is needed. NEVER soak or put in dishwasher please.
