Large Wine Rack – Hour Glass – Made from retired California wine barrels. 100% Recycled!
The “Hour Glass” is a wine rack crafted from 100% recycled wine barrels that have been carefully taken apart and fashioned into a fully functional rack to hold your tasty wine. Each barrel is cut and dried for up to a year before it is sanded and finished with 3 coats of clear UV sealer to protect it for a lifetime of use.
Hand-selected solid oak barrel staves with wine-stained edges make a surprisingly spacious rack that’s compact enough for cozier living quarters. These beautifully rustic barrel racks are made here in wine country with an artistic sense that comes only from living and working with wine.
Holds approx 60-70 bottles of wine (5-6 cases) and a shelf on top for more as well as 15 large wine glasses
Add a piece of glass or marble and make an instant bar, for those who prefer to seriously (or not-so) entertain. Either way, our exclusive wine racks will store and display your wine with authenticity.
This rack is narrow enough to be in a kitchen while still holding a large selection of wine.
We make these in a huge variety of sizes if you need something specific. The smallest is meant for apartments and the largest holds thousands of bottles for wine tasting rooms or cellars. They are pretty amazing.
